I’m a Senior UX Researcher with over five years of diverse research experience (UXR, market research, and academic research). Most recently, I was at JPMorgan Chase as a Senior UX Researcher, where I led research for the digital alerts management space, work that touched 80M+ banking customers. My research there was a mix of generative, evaluative, and strategic methods; helping product and design teams make better decisions at scale.

What draws me to research is the intersection of impact and inclusion. I believe the best products are built when we take the time to understand the people who use them; and that when we design with accessibility and equity in mind, the results are better for everyone.

These days I'm deepening my skills in AI and data analysis tools, and exploring the edges of what research practice can look like as those tools evolve. When I'm not in research mode, I'm building small projects, keeping up with pop culture, and working my way through an ever-growing reading list.

I hold an M.S. in Communication Management from USC (2021) and a B.A. in Communication from USC (2018), where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and co-directed the Women's Leadership Society.
